Kukui`ula is located in Poipu just minutes from Historic Koloa Town on the South side of the beautiful island of Kauai. Approximately 1,010 acres are planned to include indoor and outdoor recreational components, parks, trails, open spaces and up to 1500 dwelling units (a mix of custom lots, completed homes, town homes and multi-family units).

Climate - The climate in Poipu averages 300 days of sunshine per year with average temperatures of 60 to 85 degrees depending on the time of year.

Cottages and Lot Sizes – Cottages within the Makai Collection have an approximate range of 1,500 square feet to approximately 3,000 square feet (exclusive of lanai and garages). Lots currently offered range from approximately 9,000 square feet to 1+ acres.

Neighborhoods – A variety of neighborhoods will be edged by golf, open space, the ocean, archaeological sites, biological preserves or dramatic landforms.

Hiking/Biking Trails – There will be a network of approximately 13 miles of hiking and biking trails around the Community and accessible by the public.

Overall Plan – Current plans anticipate that lots will be released over the next 10 to 15 year period. Lots will become available from time to time as mapping and engineering are completed and all regulatory requirements are met. The Clubhouse and related facilities, the Kukui`ula Plantation House, the Kukui`ula Plantation Spa and Kukui`ula Golf Course and other recreational amenities are planned to be available by or before 2010.
